Barcelona.. Dios Mio
Merhaba yeniden. Yaklaşık 1 ay önce eşimle İspanya' nın Barcelona şehrine gittik. Şanslıydım çünkü bu gidişimiz eşimin 3. gidişiydi ve gidilmesi gereken yerleri gayet iyi biliyordu. Götürdüğü her yer çok güzeldi. Barselona zaten genel olarak muhteşem bir şehir. Fırsatını bulan herkes bir kez gitmeli. bulamayan da yaratmaya çalışmalı. Gerçekten de tam yaşanacak bir şehir. Hakkında çok şey duymuştum fakat bu kadarını beklemiyordum. Bir kere çok ucuz, özellikle yeme içme. Sakinlik de var hareketlilik de, hangisini isterseniz. Toplu göç yapabileceğimiz yerlerden biri. Allah sahibine bağışlasın ne diyeyim :)
Şehirde Gaudi' nin etkisi mevut. Gezip görülecek yerler de Gaudi' nin mimarisinin müthiş eserleri zaten. Sagra da Familia, Park Guell örneğin Bunların dışında Barcelonatta, La Rambla, Passage de Gracia, Plaça de Catalunya, Cathedral of Barcelona gezebileceğiniz diğer yerler. Biz asıl meseleye gelelim, nerede yiyebiliriz ? :) Siz de benim gibi yeni şeyler denemekten, fütursuzca yemekten hoşlanıyorsanız bu şehir tam size göre. Ben de size kendi gittiğimiz yerlerden bir liste hazırladım.
Hello again. About 1 month ago, my husband and I went to Barcelona, city of Spain. I was lucky because this time my husbands third time and he knew the places to be visited very well. All the places he took me were really good. Barcelona is a very magnificent city though. If you find a chance. you should go. if you cant find a chance, you should make it. It is very good place to live. I heard lot about it but didnt accept that much. Firstly its very cheap, especially food and beverage. There is tranquility also dynamism, what do you want. We can do mass migration to there. God save Barcelona :)
There is Gaudi's effect on the city. Places to visit are marvelous architecture of Gaudi after all. For example Sagra da Familia, Park Guell. Beside from these, you can also visit Barcelonatta, La Rambla, Passage de Gracia, Plaça de Catalunya, Cathedral of Barcelona. Lets come to main point, where we can eat. If you are a person who likes to try new things and loves eating jauntily, this city meant for you. So I made a list about places we tried.
1. Kiosko (Kiosko Gourmet Burger)
Burası hamburger sevenlerin cenneti. Biz 3 gün boyunca 2 kez gittik, evet biz de bir hamburgerciyiz :) Menüdeki her şeyi gözünüz kapalı seçebilirsiniz, her biri özenle hazırlanıyor. Girişte elinize bir menü bir de kalem veriyorlar, ne istiyorsanız işaretliyorsunuz. Tavsiyem hamburgerinizin yanına da mutlaka Patatas Bravas alın, bayılıcaksınız.
This place is the heaven for hamburger lovers. We went two times in 3 days, yes we are hamburger lovers too :) You can choose every item without a blink, each one of them is prepared carefully. They gave you the menu and a pen when you enter the restaurant, you mark what do you want. My advice for you to have Patatas Bravas side for your hamburger, you will love it.
3. L'arros
Paella, büyük bir tava içinde, pirinç ve safranla hazırlanan, sıkça deniz mahsülü içeren İspanyol yemeğidir. Hep merak etmiştim ve Barselona' da deneme şansı buldum. Eşimin daha önce de gittiği L'arros' a gittik. Paella dışında birçok seçenek mevcut. Biz başlangıç olarak ızgara ustura istiridye denedik, çok başarılıydı.
Paella which is prepared with rice and saffron in a big pan, mostly with seafood, is a Spanish meal. I always wanted to try and had a chance to taste in Barcelona. We went to L'arros where my husband tried before. There are other items on the menu beside Paella. We tried grilled razor clams for starter, it was great.
Sonra da paella geldi. Güzeldi fakat porsiyonlar biraz büyüktü, Çok aç değilseniz tek başınıza bitiremeyebilirsiniz.
Then, Paella. It was good but the portions were little bit big. If you are not that hungry , you might not be able to finish on your own.
4.Crusto
Gitmeden Barcelona' daki pastaneler hakkında araştırma yapmıştım. Crusto' da onlardan biriydi. Burası sabah kahvenizi içebileceğiniz, yanında kruvasanınızı yiyebileceğiniz ya da evinize ekmek alabileceğiniz bir yer. Klasik bir Avrupa bakery. Fiyatları da gayet uygun.
Before I go, I did a little research about bakeries in Barcelona. Crusto was one of them. You can drink your morning coffee, have a croissant in there or you can buy a bread to your home. It is a classic European bakery. Prices are really good.
5.Chök
Donutın çok hayranı değilim fakat burası donuta başka bir yorum katmış. Kendimi kaybettim diyebilirim. Çeşitleri saymakla bitmez. Donut dışında kendi buluşları krönot, kruffin var. Aynı zamanda bir çikolata cenneti. Arkasında mutfağı var, nasıl yapılıyor görebiliyorsunuz. Bir pastacı olarak ben çok beğendim. Tatlı severler bayılıcaktır, eminim.
I am not a fan of doughnut but this place has a another way of doughnut. I lost myself there. You can't count the varieties. Beside doughnut they have their invention named krönot, kruffin. Also it's a chocolate heaven. There is a kitchen back, you can see how it is made. As a baker, I loved this place, I am sure, dessert lovers will like .
6. Bubo
Barselona' da bizim buradaki gibi pasta tarzı tatlılar pek bulunmuyor maalesef. Genel olarak fırın diye adlandırabileceğimiz ekmek,kruvasan benzeri ürünler yapan yerler mevcut. Onun dışında arayıp bulmanız gerekiyor. Biz bulduk :) Tarz olarak bir aralar ülkemizde de açılan Fauchon' a benzettim ben. Minimalist pastalar ve macaronlar mevut. Macaron pek sevmem ama burada çok beğendim. Arkadaşlarınıza hediye olarak götürebileceğiniz çikolata paketleri mevcut. Fiyatlar Barselona' ya göre biraz pahalı ama gitmeye değer.
In Barcelona, it is hard to find desserts like cake. Generally, there are places, we can call bakery, which makes breads, croissant and other like wise products. Other wise you have to search, we did it :) I assimilated to Fauchon , as style, which opened in our country. There are minimalist cakes and macarons. I don't like macarons that much but I really enjoyed in here. They have chocolate packages that you can take for your friends as a gift. Prices are little bit expensive considering Barcelona but it is worth.
7.L'Ovella Negra
Sangria' yı denediğimde çok beğeneceğimi biliyordum, ama bu kadarını beklemiyordum. Şekerli olduğundan kolayca sarhoş olabilirsiniz, dikkatli olmakta fayda var :) Bu kadar çarpmasa bir sürahiyi tek başıma içebilirim (Evet, Sangria sürahiyle geliyor.). Bu lezzetli içkiyi denemek için bir çok yer bulabilirsiniz. Açıkcası Catalana restaurantın Sangria' sı da gayet başarılıydı fakat L'Ovella Negra' da bir başkaydı. Çok çok beğendim. Mekan olarak çok salaş, pek bir ekstrası yok belki ama Sangria' sı muhteşem.
I knew that when I try Sangria, I would like it but I wasn't expecting that much. You can easily get drunk cause its sweet, had better to be careful :) I can drink whole bottle (yes, sangria comes in bottle), if it doesnt hit you that much. To try this delicious beverage, you can find lot of places. Actually Sangria at Catalana restaurant was really good as well but L'Ovella Negra's was something else. I loved it very very much. As a place, it was cosy, there was no extra but Sangria was awesome.
8. La Boqueria
Bildiğiniz pazar. Ben yine kendimi kaybettim tabi. Çeşit çeşit meyveler, meyve suları, şarküteri ürünleri, kuruyemişler, deniz mahsülleri vs. Hangi tezgaha bakayım derken başınız dönüyor. Her şeyden denemek istiyorsunuz. Özellikle meyveler ve meyve suları çok uygun. La Rambla caddesinde bulunan bu pazarı mutlaka ama mutlaka ziyaret edin.
Bazaar as you know. I lost myself again. Lots of fruits, juices, deli products, dried nuts and fruits, sea foods etc. You feel dizzy when you try to look every stand. Necessarily visit this place which is located on La Rambla street.

Tapası, türkçe İspanyol mezesi olarak düşünebilirsiniz. Her şeyden azar azar yiyip, yanında içkinizi yudumlayıp, uzun saatler sohbet muhabbet edebilirsiniz. Tam bana göre açıkcası. Barselona da bu kültüre ait bir çok yer mevcut. Sanırım en iyisi Cerveceria Catalana. Şık bir akşam yemeği için uygur bir yer. Fakat özellikle akşamları çok kalabalık olabiliyor, sıra bekleyebilirsiniz ya da rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekebilir. İnanın bekleyemeye değer. Patatas Bravas, Baby squids, Grilled mushrooms, mini hamburger&cheese&sweetened onions denemeniz gereken lezzetlerden.
You can think tapas as Spanish snack. You can eat everything in small amounts, drink your beverage and chat long hours. It is meant for me actually. There is a lot places serves like this in Barcelona. But, especially at evenings, it can be very crowded, you can wait in line or you should make a reservation. Believe me, it is worth to wait. Patatas bravas, Baby squids, Grilled mushrooms, mini hamburger&cheese&sweetened onions, they are the items you should try.
